Vahan is also the Chairman and of KK Precision and is a director of New Gold Inc. (TSX:NGD.CA, NYSE AMEX:NGD), Manicouagan Minerals Inc. (TSXV:MAM) and Midlake Oil & Gas Limited.

Prior to founding TerraNova Partners, Vahan was a co-founder and President (1990 – 2000) of Polar Capital Corporation, a private investment company based in Toronto.  Vahan started his career in investment banking with Burns Fry Limited (now BMO Nesbitt Burns) in 1980.  Vahan is a member of World Presidents’ Organization and is active with several community service projects.  Vahan is also co-founder and Chairman of The Mosaic Institute.  Vahan holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa, a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and a Certificate of Proficiency from the Langues et Lettres faculty of the University of Grenoble, France.

Jesse Gill, Partner
Jesse is a co-founder and Partner of TerraNova Partners L.P. Jesse formerly held the positions of Vice President, Secretary and Director of Terra Nova Acquisition Corporation.  Jesse also serves on KK Precision’s Board of Directors and is a founding partner of TerraNova Private Finance.

Prior to TerraNova Partners, Jesse was an Investment Professional at Littlejohn & Co., LLC, an operationally-focused private equity firm based in Greenwich, Connecticut.  Previously, Jesse was an Investment Banker with Credit Suisse First Boston in New York in their Financial Sponsor/Leveraged Finance Group.  Jesse holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from McGill University.

Kathleen Vesely, Partner
Kathleen is a co-founder and Partner of TerraNova Partners L.P. and TerraNova Private Finance, focusing on administration and accounting for the partnership and its associated companies. Kathleen has over 20 years of experience in managing various investment businesses, having spent 10 years with Polar Capital and 7 years with Helix Investments Limited.
